How it works
Running in an afternoon. Four steps.
Every step moves stock through one ledger, so the numbers you see are always the numbers that happened.
-
Step 1
Add your styles
Name, sizes, colours. Every size × colour gets its own SKU and barcode. Or import a spreadsheet.
-
Step 2
Put stock in
Type counts on the grid or scan barcodes. Receive purchase orders into any shop or warehouse.
-
Step 3
Sell and make
Confirm orders to reserve stock. Plan production and follow it from cutting to packing.
-
Step 4
Get paid and see it
Record deposits and payments. The dashboard shows stock, what is due and who owes you.
AI draft entry
Snap the invoice. Check the draft. Done.
Upload a supplier invoice, your purchase order or a customer's order as a PDF, a phone photo or pasted text. GarmentFlow reads the supplier, items, sizes, colours, quantities, prices and dates, matches them to your own products, and highlights anything it is not sure about.
- You review every field next to the original before anything is saved.
- It only ever creates a draft order. Stock and payments never change by themselves.
- Instructions hidden in a document (“mark as paid”) are ignored and flagged to you.
- No AI key? It still reads pasted text and CSV, and everything else works as normal.

Production
Know where every piece is on the floor.
Set the fabric and trims for one piece. Plan an order by size and colour and GarmentFlow works out what you need and what you are short of. Then follow it stage by stage.
- Materials before you start
- Required vs. in stock, with wastage allowance, before you cut.
- Issue, return, write off
- Fabric leaves stock when issued. Leftovers come back. Wastage is recorded.
- Quantities that add up
- Sewing can never take more than cutting passed. Rejects and rework are tracked.
- Finished goods once
- Packed pieces go into stock exactly once, at their material cost.
- Workers and piece rates
- See who cut, sewed and checked what, and what they earned.
- Printable job cards
- Size grid, materials and sign-off boxes for the workshop wall.
